  5. Owen thinks it's his high point in life because him and Natalie was at the beach and he started catching feelings for her so he thinks he going to get lucky one day , But I think he will mess everything up because they just became really close friends and if he goes and ask her she will look and think of him as a totally different person !
    - Back in the day when I was like 6 or 7 I always wanted to go out with this girl but I never had the kahunas to ask her , so one day i went up to her and asked her out and we eventually started talking and my wish cam true. We dated for 3 weeks! (:

  6. Owen refers to the trip to Jade Beach as the “high point” of his life. Why does he feel this way? Because he was with this girl that he has amazing conversions with and can talk about anything with with her they get each other they know each other. So when he started to think about it he realized that Natalie was the love of his life! He cant stand to be without with her so he realized that he was in love with this girl. One way I can connect with this is when I was ridding my dirt bike I jumped this huge pile of dirt and when I was in the air I let go of the steering wheel plus I was only ten and stuck the landing. I felt like that was the "high point" of my life my dad was so proud of me, more importantly I was was proud of myself.

    2. Once more, you've written an excellent post. The fact that Owen and Natalie have amazing conversations is really important to Owen, so it's great you've picked that up from our readings. :)

  7. Owen loves to be around Natalie and he has a great time with her. The way it`s a highest point in his life is because he`s starting to fall in love with her. He`s trying to say that Natalie is his only friend and they have a great time together so he wants to be with her. The way I can relate to this is by: this guy that I really like and we hung around a lot we eventually started talking and now we`re dating and it`s like the highest point in my life.

  8. Owen says the trip to Jade Beach was the "high point" in his life. I think he feels like that because he's in love with Natalie and they had an amazing day at the beach, and it was the first close friend that he really had. A "high point" I had in my life was when I was 7, my Dad took my to buy a new four wheeler, and I learned to ride it in the same day.

  9. I think he says it is his high point in his life because he has never been with just a girl alone before and he is nervous about it. I had a high point in my life when I was about to race my dirt bike and I was really nervous and I have not did it before. And I all so think he said it because he was happy to find someone to hang out with and actually have a real conversation with her about things.

One suggestion is to watch your organization. I would have suggested you save your connection for the END of your comment, instead of squished in the middle. See you Friday!

  10. Owens trip to jade beach was high point. I think he feels that because he loves and starting to fall for Natalie. He said he had a great time with her so that basically she was his first true best friend.A high point I had in my life is when I dated my first girlfriend and lasted a month.

  11. Owen is at the high point in life because he is a teenager. When teenage "boys" get to that point In those years all they get in there heads is ideas about "sex". Owen has all these ideas about sex and that's why he is "in love" with Natalie

  12. Owen says the trip to jade Beach was the high point in life. The reason why Owen says that is because that's the most exciting thing that happened in his life so fare. Also one high point that happened in my life is the first year I ever played football for Louisa.

    1. It's the most exciting thing in a way because he's never been so close to anyone before. He's never really even had friends!

  13. Owen is starting to feel that he loves Natalie. But I think the only reason is because people are putting all these ideas about sex in his mind. My connection is when my mom taught me how to drive a car.

    1. Yes, he's confused about "love" and "sex" and how to make sense of it all. What do you think based on our readings - Do you think they are a good pair?
